A full refund to the original form of payment is not possible. We only offer vouchers for our online shop in exchange. All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable. All items that are labeled as “Limited Edition” in their description are non-refundable.
Popular items may sell out quickly and will be temporarily on backorder. This means that the items are currently out of stock but will soon be restocked in our warehouse. Ordering an item that is currently on backorder is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!
*THE BACK ORDERED ITEMS IN ANY ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHIP OUT AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE THE ITEM IN THE ORDER WHICH THEY WERE PLACED. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL (AND A TRACKING NUMBER) ONCE YOUR BACK ORDERED ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED.*
Yes, International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Most orders process within 3-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and COVID-19. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. *Customs Clearance time not included*
To activate a promo code you will need to enter the code into the ‘Voucher Promo Code’ field during ‘Checkout’ of your shopping cart. If you continue to have trouble redeeming the offer please contact us for further assistance.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Klarna Sofort and Manual Bank Transfer. We do not store any credit card information.
We will allow an exchange for another size or color as long as the item is still in new condition. Returns must be made within 14 days after the package is received. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed ). We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been washed or damaged. Please contact us through email or phone if you would like an exchange so that we can hold the item for you. If you have already received the package, you must send us the item back to our office with a copy of the Receipt, contact number, and the item information (such as name, color, and size) that you would like. After we have received the package, we will contact you to confirm the details and have the exchanged item sent out.
We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.
Sometimes we might need to source items on your order from different locations to make sure we can track down everything for you. This means that sometimes we don’t send everything you’ve ordered at the same time. If your order has been sent separately, you will receive multiple tracking emails and will be able to track each item online via the courier’s website.
Unfortunately from time to time we may sell out of a product or the availability can be limited. We will do our best to track down all items on an order, however on occasion we may be unable to do this. We will contact you via email and reverse the payment to the account used to place the order.
@madebygraceofficial is our only page on Instagram. If any page other than @madebygraceofficial is tagging you saying you’ve won a giveaway it is a scam. Any page posing as Made By Grace asking for any personal information like bank account info through DM is a scam. Please do NOT respond!
During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.
