Cancellation policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will only allow an exchange for another color of the clothing as long as the item is still in new condition. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Colors
Made By Grace Apparel puts forth efforts to accurately display the colors on it’s products. Made By Grace Apparel does not guarantee that your monitors display of any colors will be accurate.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at madebygrace@service-info.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item you purchased arrived damaged or not as described, and you reported the issues to us or Reverb within 7 days of delivery, we will take in charge for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items bought with a discount code, items that are labeled as “Limited Edition” or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Made By Grace Apparel does not accept exchanges after 14 days from your purchase date. Please make sure to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only offer vouchers for our online shop in exchange.
Refunds
A full refund to the original form of payment is not possible. Exchange only.
